Is it really free?
Yes. Every feature is free, with no subscriptions, no in-app purchases and no ads.
How can it work offline?
AiGoodbye runs the AI model on your iPhone's own chip, using Apple's MLX framework or Apple Intelligence. Once a model is on your device, chatting, voice, recording, translation and the camera features all work without a connection.
Does anything I say or type leave my device?
No. There are no AiGoodbye servers. The app only goes online to download an AI model you pick (from Hugging Face) or to check a custom model you ask to add. Privacy Center in the app lists those connections.
What do I need?
An iPhone or iPad with iOS 26 or later. It also runs on Macs with Apple silicon, from the Mac App Store.
Downloaded models need 1 to 6 GB of free space. Apple Intelligence needs a supported device with Apple Intelligence turned on.
Which languages does it speak?
English, Español, Français, Deutsch, Italiano, Português (Brasil), Русский, Українська, Ελληνικά, 日本語, 한국어, 简体中文 and 繁體中文 (粵語). The whole app is translated, and the AI answers in your language.
Is there a version for Windows?
Not right now. AiGoodbye is focused on iPhone, iPad and Apple silicon Macs.
